Hi, I’m Brittany Byrnes β€” a women’s strength coach offering in-person personal training in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area.

I help women build muscle, lose body fat, move with less pain and stiffness, and become stronger with personalized strength training, nutrition coaching, and accountability.

I work with women of all fitness levels, as well as combat athletes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and boxing who want to improve strength, athletic performance, and recovery.
