Yes - for first time clients, it is required to sign a 3 month contract for training. This gives us enough time to see results and make adjustments if needed. After that, it’s month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
Your 3 month contract is a time commitment - you do not need to pay for all 3 months up front

Invoices will be scheduled the Friday before your Monday start date. After that, payment will be pulled every month as a subscription service.

If accepted to 1:1 coaching, you can start as early as Monday the following week
